Gregg S. Britt

Chief Executive Officer

Gregg Britt is CEO and Founder of Private Health Management and serves as a Member of its Board of Directors. He has more than 25 years of successful leadership and entrepreneurial experience in the health care services, health innovation and clinical development industries. 

Prior to founding Private Health Management, Mr. Britt served as CEO of Innovis, LLC, a leading provider of strategic consulting and product development services to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device companies and large health systems.

Previously, he served as Senior Vice President of Biopharmaceutical Research and Development for the Prostate Cancer Foundation, the world’s largest source of philanthropic support for prostate cancer research, where he provided guidance to the biopharmaceutical industry in the clinical development of promising prostate cancer therapeutics. His efforts resulted in a significant increase in investment by the biopharmaceutical industry for the clinical development of prostate cancer therapeutics and the advancement of multiple prostate cancer therapeutics into late-stage clinical trials. 


Before joining the Prostate Cancer Foundation, Mr. Britt served as Chief Operating Officer & SVP for Protocare Inc., a leading provider of clinical trials services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industry. While at Protocare, he was involved in the acquisition, integration, and management of many of the largest clinical research centers in the U.S. Protocare was sold to Radiant Research (now Synexus).


Prior to joining Protocare, Mr. Britt served as CEO of AIDS Research Alliance of America, a leading organization in the identification, funding, and development of more effective HIV/AIDS therapeutics. He was appointed by the LA County Board of Supervisors to serve as a founding member of the LA County Commission on HIV, which allocates more than $50MM in federal, state and local HIV health services funds annually, and served as Chairman of its program committee. He was also the Chairman of Medical Research Agencies of America, raising significant funding for major disease medical research. 


Mr. Britt graduated cum laude with his bachelor’s degree in psychology from California State University, Northridge.
