Director, Clinical Services


Clinically oriented Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) needed to work in a concierge case manager role at a progressive, comprehensive healthcare advocacy and advisory company providing exceptional, professional services to highly accomplished individuals. This role is in our Los Angeles (Century City) office.




  • Analyze patient medical records, including data extraction and tracking of lab values, symptoms, medication histories, or long-term clinical outcomes.

  • Identify, review, and analyze the medical literature, including abstracts and presentations from scientific and medical conferences, across a wide range of clinical and research topics. Summarize medical information and compare findings of clinical studies in a patient-friendly manner.

  • Research, evaluate, and prioritize treatment options for individual cases. This includes review, analysis, and interpretation of the accepted standard of care, the most recent professional guidelines, and the most current investigational approaches, as well as identification of and connecting with key opinion leaders and other experts in the field of interest, to help guide decision making.

  • Identify and evaluate potential clinical trials. This includes spreadsheet creation, database searching, identification of supporting evidence, and calling trial sites to help find appropriate clinical trials for our clients. 

  • Create patient education documents (written reports, spreadsheets, graphs, charts, etc.) that provide pertinent information related to clinical history, diagnosis, and treatment options.




  • NP or PA licensed in CA state

  • Master’s degree preferred

  • Ability to work FT, M-F, 8:30 AM-5: 30 PM; some after-hours and call as needed

  • Five years of experience preferred or an environment where assessment and critical thinking are required

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) 

  • Highly computer literate

  • Must be able to lift and carry twenty five (25) pounds, work on un-even and slippery surfaces, withstand temperatures of hot and cold, and sit/stand for long periods of time when necessary

  • Display strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to function as part of an energetic, decision-making team

  • Highly professional appearance and demeanor

  • Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and as part of an integrated team 

  • Work well under pressure and ability to deal with demanding, accomplished individuals and business executives in calm, pleasant manner
