Client Services Coordinator (New York)


Private Health Management, a comprehensive healthcare navigation services firm, seeks a full-time Client Services Coordinator to provide intensive support to our Clinical team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a healthcare and administrative professional to be part of a team that is establishing a new standard of excellence in healthcare. The Client Services Coordinator will work on site in our New York (Midtown East) office.

The Client Services Coordinator will have responsibility for performing a variety of clinical support, client care logistics and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess some experience in a medical setting. This individual will demonstrate remarkable attention to detail, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be highly organized and present impeccably well. In addition, interacting with our clients over the phone in a warm, friendly and service-oriented manner is essential.



  • Administrative support to Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant

  • Coordination of patient appointments

  • Extensive telephonic and professional email communication with patients

  • Teleconference scheduling with physicians, patient and clinical team

  • Medical records and imaging coordination

  • Constructing patient medical records binders

  • Requesting medical records, including follow up

  • Faxing medical records and other related documents and following up to confirm delivery


  • College graduate strongly preferred (BA or BS)

  • Three or more years of successful professional experience

  • One or more years of successful professional experience in a healthcare or medical setting (required)

  • Technical requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), highly computer literate

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (we test)

  • Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail. Ability to effectively prioritize daily workload

  • Ability to work independently and as part of an integrated team

  • Ability to deal with high acuity, well accomplished individuals in calm, pleasant and professional manner
