Client Services Coordinator (Los Angeles)

Description

Private Health Management, a comprehensive healthcare navigation services firm, seeks a full-time Client Services Coordinator to provide intensive support to our Clinical team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a healthcare and administrative professional to be part of a team that is establishing a new standard of excellence in healthcare. The Client Services Coordinator will work on site in our Los Angeles office.

The Client Services Coordinator will have responsibility for performing a variety of clinical support, client care logistics and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess some experience in a medical setting. This individual will demonstrate remarkable attention to detail, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be highly organized and present impeccably well. In addition, interacting with our clients over the phone in a warm, friendly and service-oriented manner is essential.

 

Responsibilities

  • Answering client service calls

  • Constructing client binders under the supervision of a Clinician 

  • Collecting/requesting medical records, including follow up

  • Faxing medical records and other related documents and following up to confirm delivery

  • Separating and uploading records when received

  • Uploading and copying imaging discs

  • Ordering and keeping track of office supplies

  • Coordinating staff/office meetings

  • Managing Fed-Ex package mailing and replenishing supplies as needed

Qualifications

  • At least one year of successful experience working in a healthcare or medical setting

  • Technical requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (we test)

  • Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail. Ability to effectively prioritize workload

  • Ability to work independently and as part of an integrated team

  • Ability to deal with high acuity, well accomplished individuals in calm, pleasant and professional manner
