NATALYA GERTSIK, PhD

Natalya came to PHM from McKinsey because the research scientist in her wanted to have a more direct impact on peoples’ lives. She spent her first year expertly supporting clients with cancer, ranging from breast cancer to glioblastoma. None of us could have predicted that the COVID-19 pandemic would swoop in and create complex, infectious-disease related advisory needs for corporations across the globe. Natalya quickly and enthusiastically embraced this tremendous challenge.

She has been instrumental in building our thriving COVID-19 health advisory service, devising the evidence-based guidance we provide to corporations for COVID-19 risk reduction, testing, and vaccine strategies. Because she is always up for a challenge, Natalya is also playing a lead role on the launch of PHM’s new Precision Oncology Solution for the corporate market.

LEE GIBBS, PhD

Before joining PHM, Lee worked with a multi-disciplinary team at the University of Southern California that utilized genomic technologies to unravel the complexities of cancer. After seeing the power of these technologies in the lab, Lee now delivers his expertise to our PHM clients in a clinical setting.

Lee has been instrumental in building our relationships with biotech companies and analyzing the data from the latest cutting-edge biotechnologies. Lee actively designs data-driven, individualized treatment strategies, including breast cancer-specific molecular profiling strategies to better serve our breast cancer clients.

KATELYN SMITH, ANP-BC

Prior to joining Private Health, Katelyn was a Nurse Practitioner at New York Presbyterian / Weill Cornell Medicine in the Neurological Surgery department. She enjoyed the direct clinical care with individuals suffering from spinal and brain conditions while preparing them for life-changing surgeries.

Katelyn also had a strong interest in learning the business of healthcare, and when she was approached by Private Health to join their clinical team, she immediately saw the opportunity to grow within a company that did not have the same constraints as academic medicine. Over six years, Katelyn has advanced from Associate Clinical Director to Managing Clinical Director of Enterprise Health Solutions, where she leads a team of clinicians and clinical staff who collaborate to provide Private Health corporate clients the best possible service.

GINA HUTCHINS, FNP-BC

Prior to joining PHM, Gina was a Nurse Practitioner in a busy primary care office in Denver, Colorado. She managed chronic and acute medical conditions for over 12 years and established herself as a top provider in her area. Gina discovered PHM when her father was diagnosed with stomach cancer in 2015. She was in awe of the invaluable insights provided by the clinicians and research team and she immediately knew she wanted to become part of the team.

Since joining PHM, Gina has found so much joy in the relationships she has with her clients. She also loves being part of an innovative team that strives for best possible clinical outcomes. She was recently promoted to Senior Clinical Director, leading clinical care for Health Memberships for individuals and families.

ERICA LEE

Erica came to Private Health from a busy ocular oncology clinic at Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia. Having worked directly with cancer patients and doctors, she knew she wanted to continue to help others during especially vulnerable times. As a member of our Personal Care Teams, she provided expert care management for clients with conditions ranging from prostate cancer to cholangiocarcinoma.

She was instrumental in facilitating treatment and travel logistics for patients receiving leading edge care only available in Germany. Erica was recently promoted to Manager of Client Services Coordinators and is instrumental in rapidly expanding our Client Services Coordinator team.

ANGELICA ROSARIO, MBA

Angelica came to PHM from New York-Presbyterian Hospital Columbia University Medical Center where she oversaw the Radiation Oncology department’s Quality Assurance and Residency program. After relocating to Los Angeles, CA she realized she missed interacting directly with patients and their families. She began her career at PHM as a Client Services Coordinator. Managing the logistics for members allowed her to learn more about many aspects of the company.

Over the years, Angelica discovered her interest in database management and became motivated to enhance PHMs ability to find the very best doctors and specialists. Today, Angelica runs the Specialist Referrals department and is overseeing the development of the next generation Specialist Provider Database and Search Tool.
